1187Yiyang County Dexingtai Bank 3 jiao.益陽德興泰錢莊票三角
China, banknote issued by Dexingtai Bank in Erli Town, Yiyang County,
Hunan province. No date or serial number. The main picture in the front
is difficult to see, possibly a building. The bank name and address are
shown on the top, and the rare denomination of 3 jiao was shown in
multiple places. The red seals are of the bank. Text on the bottom says
“take careful look in case of counterfeits”. The back shows similar text
as the front, except for a more detailed address Tanjiayuan Miaoshanwan
on the top. The bottom banner is possibly the English name of the bank
“Zai Hing Money Exchange Coi” but was put upside-down. The printer
name is at the very bottom edge of the back side. VF grade. ��������Est.

China, banknote issued by Ronghuayu Bank
in Jiuli Town, Yiyang County, Hunan Province. No date ca.1920-30’s.
The left of the note shows a tower in a temple. The vertical red text
is “Note by Yanyunxuan”. Chinese and English denominations are
shown on the front. The back shows a working factory in the center,
with denominations at multiple positions. The top text says “Ronghuayu
Bank at Hongqiaotou, Jiangjiachong”, and the bottom text says “be
careful for counterfeits”. AU grade.������������������������������������������������� Est.

China, charity coupon note issued by the
local government of the 3rd District of Zhanhua County, Shandong
province in 1941, serial number of 228356. The main picture shows a
park scenery. Seals below are of the committee chair and the keeper.
Text on both sides reads “for all debts private and public”. Date and
denomination are printed on the bottom. The main picture on the back
shows an oriental garden, and the text in the middle is “issued by the
financial maintaining committee”. UNC grade. ����������������������������Est.
