滕縣恆順醬園1925年三千文錢票 China, currency note
issued by the Hengshun Pickling Shop in Xiguan Town, Teng County,
Shandong province in 1925. Top of the note shows texts of the address
and shop name, with images of two sitting businessmen. The main text
in the center says “Please pay the bearer 3000 copper cash coins at an
exchange rate of 94%”. The text on the right side is the serial number
which is block Yuan and number 880, as well as “no loss reporting and
no payment at night”. The text on the left side shows the date of March
1st 1925. The back side shows multiple panels of portraits of Chinese
ladies. The text in the center is “A far origin flows long”, and the small
text around it is from a famous memorial proposed to the king by Zhuge
Liang. VF grade with ink writings and water stains.����������������������Est. $60-120

Chou Hup”, Text on top “Yui Iu Har” over vignette of town scene with
small red chops (one looks like Confucius), back brown. VG+ to Fine

縣寶山堂錢莊票一角 China, banknote issued by Baoshantang Bank
in Wendeng County, Shandong province. The main picture shows an
oriental house, below which are the bank name and the address. The
seals are from the manager. Text on the bottom says “loose changes
could not be exchanged; every 10 jiao could be exchanged to a silver
dollar”. The back shows a tower, with denomination and text of “check
carefully for authenticity”. AU grade with slight water stain.��������Est. $75-150

齊村復成永兌換券五分 China, banknote issued by Fuchengyong
Bank in Beiqi Village, Wenyi County, Shandong province. No date.
Denomination is shown in the center and on the corners. The text reads
“every 100 cents could be exchanged into a silver dollar” and “to activate
the market and ease exchanging”. Seals are all of the bank. XF grade.
