革命戰爭公債券1933年伍圓 China, Circulating bond note issued by
a provincial communist government in the Chinese civil war era, dated
Jul 1933, 5 Yuan. Main picture on face is a Chinese style building , which
is covered by a seal of the Finance Department of the Hunan-Kiangsi
province. It is of block “Xiang” and serial number 02126, signature is by
Department of Finance Chair Tan Yubao. Descriptions of the issuing
and regulations are stated on the back. Choice VF to XF grade. 國共內
戰時期地方蘇區所發行之戰爭公債券，發行時間為1933年7月，
面值五元。票券正面圖案為中式樓閣，蓋有“湘贛省財政部”
印章。冠字號碼為“湘”字02126號，簽名為財政部長譚余保,

革命戰爭公債券1932年壹圓 China, Circulating bond note issued
by a local communist government in the Chinese civil war era, dated
Dec 1932, one yuan. Main picture on face depicts marching worker
and farmer. It is of block “Sheng” and serial number 09520. Top seal
reads “Principal and interest paid clear and turns into legal currency”.
Central seal is from the local Department of Finance. Bottom seals are
of Department of Finance Chair Tan Yubao. Back shows descriptions of
the issuing and regulations, with another serial number A01X07. Choice
VG to Fine with edge faults, small pieces missing from top margin. 國共
內戰時期地方蘇區所發行之戰爭公債券，發行時間為1932年12
月，面值一元。票券正面圖案為行進中的工人與農民。冠字號
碼為“省”字09520號。上方印章為“本息還清轉為國幣通用”
，中央印章為湘贛省政府財政部，下方印章為財政部長譚余
保。背面為發行債券原因與兌換方法，並有另一個號碼 A01X07.

組 China,1933, Lot of 3 bond notes issued by a provincial communist
government in the Chinese civil war era, all black varieties dated 1933.
1 Yuan notes with tower and building on face, back with descriptions of
the issuing and regulations. The first 1 yuan note is of block “Cong” and
has hand written serial number of 24853, signature is by Department of
Finance Chair Gan Siqi. Back has a red seal. It is issued in Nov 1933. XF
grade. The left part of the second 1 Yuan note is missing, which have a
different signature of Tan Yubao. It is of block “Fu” and serial number
26152. No seal is present on the back. Issuing date might be July 1933.
The 5 jiao note has flower design on the face, and descriptions of the
issuing and regulations are stated on the back. It is of block “Ku” and
serial number 16925, with a signature of Gan Siqi. Red seal is present
on the back. It is issued in Nov 1933. AU grade. 此組共有三張國共內
戰時期地方蘇區所發行之戰爭公債券，黑色版，發行時間均為
1933年。一元票券正面為寶塔與城樓圖。號碼均為手寫。背面
為發行債券原因與兌換方法。第一張一元為“從”字24853號，
簽名為財政部長甘泗淇,有水渍，背面有紅色印章，發行于1933
年11月，八品。第二張一元左側缺失，為“符”字26152號，簽
名為財政部長譚余保，背面無紅色印章。發行時間可能為1933
年7月。五角券正面為花符，背面為發行債券原因與兌換方法。
冠字號碼為“庫”字16925號，簽字為甘泗淇，背面有紅色印

province. It is of block “Gan” and serial number 01621, signature is by
