Choice uncirculated. ABNC. Scarce certificate. In 1902 the Dodge
Brothers were approached by Henry Ford and helped him with
financing and manufacturing parts for his automobile up until
1913. In 1914 they went on their own to form their own automobile
company. In 1925 the company was sold to Dillon, Read &Company
for $148 million, said to be the largest financial transaction to take
place up till that time. In 1928 Dodge Brothers merged withChrysler.

ND, (ca.1920-30’s). Odd Shares. POC. The Vega Aircraft Corporation
was a subsidiary of the Lockheed Aircraft Company responsible for
much of its parent company’s production in World War II. By the
end of 1943, Vega had merged back into Lockheed. Historic aviation
