Paraguay, January 1, 1886, 50 Pesos Fuertes, P-S150, Unlisted Face and
back proofs, printed in black on green and red underprint on india on
thin large card for the front and cut down to banknote size for the back,
the back is orange-red, allegorical seated woman with globe and urn on
right, Paraguay arms at center and man at left, Uncirculated to CU+
condition, extremely rare note in any form and unpriced in SCWPM.

P-123 for type, unlisted in this form. Francisco Bolognesi at right,
national arms at center. Specimen of #123, with serial # A0000000M but
without SPECIMEN overprint (Extremely Fine due to some handling).
Also included is a black proof of main design and borders with signatures
(which is not how the note was issued) and 1982-83 date notations in
margin (which is after the issue date). As made. 2 pieces. �����������Est.

1702 Billete Provisional, 1881 Issue Banknote.Lima, Peru. 1881. 5 Reales
on 5 Soles. P-12, Issued, Provisional Issue overprinted on El Banco De La
Compania General Del Peru, 5 Sols, P-S132. Very attractive note printed
in green with black vignettes and text. Portrait of J.Galvez, the 5 Reales
has train and man on horseback in mountains vignette. Choice XF to AU
with 3 small pin holes on the left side and 2 small worm holes bottom
middle, Scarce and very attractive. Interesting point of this note is that
ABN printed the back of the note and National BNC (NBNC) printed the

1703 La Republica del Peru, 1879 Issue Banknote Quartet with 3 Different Series and Serial Number sizes.Peru, Lot of 4 banknotes,
All are 5 Soles notes, Includes 3 examples of P-3, with small 16mm size
“5” in middle, all in Good to VG condition with wear, minor edge tears
and one with a small 2mm hole at left, 2 have prefix “B” with different
size serial numbers and one with Series “C”; there is a single example of
P-4, with 20.5mm size “5” in middle VF condition with 2 stamp hinged
on back that can be soaked off, a small3 mm split on the bottom vertical
middle margin and 2 small pin holes on the left side of the note. ABNC.
