with blind folded man reaching into lottery basket; and 1874, $2, 20th
Grand Annual Gift Enterprise in gold foil ink with blind folded allegorical
woman with cornucopia. All are in AU to Uncirculated with one with a
dark stain on the lower right corner tip. Scarce St. Louis lottery tickets.

D.C., March 4th, 1897, three different Bureau of Engraving and Printing
cards with cover by Baily, Banks & Biddle. Front cover with ornate
building and close up of the ball, back cover U.S. flag, inner BEP engraved
cards include McKinley and Hobart portraits flanking allegorical Liberty
in middle over the White House and U.S. Capital on bottom; a second
page of a list of everyone on the committee and the third page with
eagle and shield flanked by Ohio and New Jersey arms. Original ribbon
tying the booklet together, XF condition with thin protective paper over
