419 Fourth Liberty Loan 4 ¼% Gold Bond of 1933-1938 ( issued Oct. 24, 1918)$100, Jackson on top, a Fourth Liberty Loan “Permanent”
or Long Bond has amint green under-print with a vibrant red treasury
seal. There are coupons 34-40 attached. The reverse has a golden
orange rendition of “Justice” draped with the American flag on the

minor staining and a bit of roughness on a fold line. Bond grades
