Palestine, 1922, $25, Issued and uncancelled Bond, “For the Up

building of Palestine as a Homeland for the Jewish People”. Rare issued

Donation Bond. Blue border. Portrait of Theodore Herzl. This bond

links the Donor to the Land of Israel restored as a center of Jewish Life.

In testimony whereof witness the hand of the Keren Hayesod for the

United States, acting by its officers hereunto duly authorized.” VF

includes 1969 Western Union Telegram from Harry F. Byrd, Jr., United
