card front and back side die proof in black printed on india paper
mounted on card. Front and back with couple of telegraph machine
vignettes at bottom and the card’s reverse side for the particulars
of the free messaging. Couple of crayon notations for date (“Nov
29/81”) and an “OK”. Spindle holes in left margin not affecting
designs and trivial bits of extraneous ink, XF condition, ABNC.��� Est.

sign with cameo of woman onUL, ABNC eagle onUR with allegorical
seated justice flanked by young man and woman. Ornate title on
top. Text states they are “engravers and printers of U.S.Revenue and
postage stamps, Postal Notes, Legal Tender ...” Mentions different
countries it produces security printed items for. Great intaglio
printed item except that it has been damaged on the UL corner, It
appears to have been framed and had been removed. Rare ABNC
