Specimen, Consolidated 1st Mortgage 5% Gold bond. Black with
Olive-green borders and underprint, Locomotive over bridge with
boats in front and large building in back on top and miner on bot-
tom. XF condition. Coupons attached. Rare Pennsylvania railroad
that is listed in Cox but this is an unlisted bond design and type.
Extremely attractive and ornate. This bond has overprinted on the
front diagonally a change in the terms stating that the bond is not
payable in gold but by any “Coin or Currency.....is Legal Tender for
