New
York, 100 common shares, sailor and Indian flank New York City
arms, dog below, red frame, India paper Proof mounted on card.
VF+, although a fold split reaches just into the top right border. Also
included is a red Proof on India paper of the frame and under print
for 100 Second Preferred shares, a Proof on card of the black por-
tions of the certificate, and an American Bank Note Company order
form for similar certificates. ABN color proofs from this time period
