NJ, Lot of 2 receipts,
Both dated October 22, 1776, one for 117 gallons of Rum that he
paid £93 for, it must have been a big party. Both in VG condition
with light foxing, but from historic year in U.S. history. John Suffern
was the first judge of Rockland County and founded the town of
Suffern, NY.
