coupons to the PuebloArmyDepot inColorado, In 1984, following
thebelief thatWashington’sportrait could fool certain vendingma-

ment opted todestroy the coupons.Although theentirepopulation
of gasoline ration coupons were supposedly destroyed, someone
at the PuebloArmyDepot had “rescued” a limited number of cou-
