177 U.S.I.R., First Issue, $20 Conveyance Stamps, Scott R98a, 3 Examples Imperf on Deed from 1864.Wilkes Barre, PA. 1864. Scott
R98a. Large format Deed with 3 single stamps, all appears VF to XF
with the middle stamp showing excellent centering and not touching
on any design; the second is touching on one small area and the third
has as small corner tip missing. One of the stamps is tied, the second
two have identical cancellations. The deed needs to have the folds
