Service Bond of 1936. 3% Bond Due in 1945. These $50.00 Bonds were
distributed in exchange for the Adjusted Service Certificates that were
issued to our returning WWI Vet’s in 1925. These Bonds are extremely
scarce as most were cashed in during the Great Depression of the 1930’s.
Bond faces up GEM UNC, grades Ch. UNC due to corner fold that does

bond, issued 1 year after the U.S. entered the War. Red and Black on
Sky Blue background obverse. Golden/Orange inking on reverse,
with “Old Glory” in full wave accompanied by (3) “Dough Boys”. (1)
pin hole on fold noticed. Graded CU/UNC Pass-Co. 32 of 58 coupons
