New

York, 100 common shares, sailor and Indian flank New York City

arms, dog below, red frame, India paper Proof mounted on card.

VF+, although a fold split reaches just into the top right border. Also

included is a red Proof on India paper of the frame and under print

for 100 Second Preferred shares, a Proof on card of the black por-

tions of the certificate, and an American Bank Note Company order

form for similar certificates. ABN color proofs from this time period

RapidTransit Railroad, wonderful cross-section of street scene. Sea

Beach Railway 1896. Avenue Coach; Hudson &Manhattan Railroad

and others. Some unissued, some with minor condition problems,

Red seal. Steamboat and map of Coney Island. Issued to Andrew

R. Culver, and signed by him as president of the railroad. Dividend

payments guaranteed by the Long Island Railroad. A stunning,

fully issued example of a stock certificate usually found unissued

or in deplorable condition. XF with one small nick in the bottom
