453 ABNC Uncut Proof Pair from “The Story of Freedom” Part II.APS
July 1996, Orlando, Florida, Lot of 2 Pieces. Includes uncut card progress
proof, missing the intaglio image of the capital, the back attestation,
but includes the Litho stamp image for the $5 1923 Series stamp image
with impression of the Liberty vignette in gray blue and a Large Die
Proof of Standing Liberty in black. The LDP is also signed by the printer
and possibly a Spider Proof Card, Both are in Mint condition as issued.

with variations of the translucent silver and gold security windows on
the counterfoil margins. The notes were part of a project from Mobil
Oil for testing petroleum based hydrocarbon polymer paper for printing
banknotes. All are in Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition. Scarce and
