The main picture on the right side is to small to be identified. The denomination is on the left. Printing date is shown at the bottom. The two seals are from the county government and the Bureau of Finances. Text on top means “temporary circulation note”, and the text on two sides means “Bureau of Finances of Pianguan County”. The text on bottom means “May of 1939”, and reads from left to right, which is rare for a note printed in that era.
