All 3 feature the well known “Reaper” vignette engraved by James Smillie, The lot includes: The Merchants National Bank, Helena, Montana, payable through Ninth National Bank of New York, ornate border design; Monroe County Savings Bank, Rochester, NY, payable through First National Bank of New York; and Genesee Valley National Bank, Geneseo, NY, payable through Importers & Traders National Bank of New York, featuring allegorical reaper vignette at left and pastoral vignette at right. All are Specimens with serial numbers “00000,” punch cancels, and red Specimen overprints.
