paper. Two pair with underprint, Beethoven watermark, and security
thread in paper, but one with bottom margin notations, the other with
left side margin notations. The one with the lower margin has a fully
printed back. All with Pegasus, 1, and DLRG blind embossing at left end.
No serial #. Two pair uniface, one with fully printed back. As made.

cards with the same design. SO 138-143, All 1995 issued from different
APS shows throughout the country, Souvenir Card for the American
Stamp Dealers Ass., NYC 5 cent Postmaster’s Provisional stamp in gray,
Black, blue, green, red and brown. Celebrating the 150th Anniversary
of the NY Postmaster’s Provisional, Mint condition. With varieties,
some have “No.______ from an edition of 475” on the lower right
margin and others are missing it. Catalogs $600 on Ken Barr’s price list.
