circle) set into bi-fold blue card presentation folder. 1983. The
watermark is visible when the folder is opened, and thru the back
of the folder. Portals is a division of De La Rue International Ltd.
Folder is 10-1/2 inches square when closed. One folder with some
blue scuff marks on back of watermark. The second folder much
