derprint, early submarine with ships in background, Specimen over-

prints, POC’s,VF toXF condition. In 1899, Financier Isaac Rice founds

Electric Boat Company. The company was established to bring to

completion a 54-foot submersible vessel developed by John Philip

Holland. Currently the company is now known as General Dynam-
