tive speeding by miners left to right in middle and patriotic Liberty

Possibly unique issued. Signed by George Greene as president.
George Greene, (April 15, 1817 – June 23, 1880) was a lawyer, justice
of the Iowa Supreme Court, and one of the founders of Cedar Rap-

Black with green border and undertint, Locomotive at station on
left, ornate title and borders, Red hand stamp for approval on low-

Franklin BNC. Extremely rare as a proof and unique as an approval
