and reverse proofs printed on India paper, both previously being
mounted on card stock and later removed. Obverse black on brown
and gold underprint, allegorical ‘Electricity’ at left, ships at right.
Reverse features Minerva (Goddess of Science), Art, and War) at
center in black and brown. Uneven edges and tear on reverse top
