vignette from an 1886 note depicting Puerto Plata. The note is tipped
in along the top edge so that it can be lightly folded upwards to see the
face side. The top of the presentation folder page has a two paragraph
description from Jose Santo Taveras Governor of the Banco Central de la
Republica Dominicana, host of the conference. Slightest handling on the
double matte at the left and on the lower right of the front cover. Slight
