and back essay specimens or proofs. Red specimen overprint and
POC’s. Unreleased and unissued 1 Centavo denomination. 65 x 30
mm. Face with black border with light peach undertint, the back with
black border and light blue underprint. Face has a red overprint on
upper top margin dated 6-19-(19)51 and 1 FP 19. Back has 6-19-51
date and 1 BP 6 printed on top margin in red. Face and backs have
line for approval signatures on back. Choice to Gem Uncirculated.

Philippines, 1949, Lot of 3 notes, all uniface specimen
Front and Backs with “Specimen” overprints, “000000” serial num-
bers and POC’s, Included is 5 Centavos, P-125s, red on tan under-
print; 10 Centavos, P-127s, Brownish purple on tan underprint; and
20 Centavos, P-129s, Green on light green underprint, the backs of
each specimen have light glue remnants fromprevious mounting. All
are printed on planchetted banknote paper, all are in AU to Uncircu-
