All New York State Issues and all issued, Includes 1853, Roundout,
Bank of Roundout, $10, RWHE, Appears to be Counterfeit, mount<
ed on white paper, VG; Catskill, Greene County Bank, 1820, $5,
Thins in 3 small areas of the back where evidently was removed
from mounting, Fine, also Counterfeit; Hudson, Bank of Hudson,
1817, $2, VF; and, Catskill. Catskill Bank, 1862, $5 but evidently
taken from redone old plate (ca. 1830’s) since there is an ABC mono<
gram to the left of the vignette. Attractive New York obsoletes.
