thin large card for the front and cut down to banknote size for the back,
the back is orange-red, allegorical seated woman with globe and urn on
right, Paraguay arms at center and man at left, Uncirculated to CU+
condition, extremely rare note in any form and unpriced in SCWPM.

woman with flowers on left, Guilloches in middle similar but slightly
different then the issued note, The title was repainted over “Cheques
Circulares” second issue. Painted titles and glued on bank official titles
on bottom. Each with blank backs. The reverse is similar to P-26, orange
