Red specimen overprints and “00000” serial numbers. Unreleased and
unissued 5 Centavos color trials. 102 x 46 mm. Black borders with
either light blue (2) or light green (2) undertint variations. Unc. to CU
condition. Each face has a red overprint on upper top margin with date
4-14-51 and either “5 FP 5; “5 FP 6; “5 FP 15” and “5 FP 23” on top right
