Lot of 2 Bonds, Includes: 1907, New York and Post Chester Railroad Co. $1000 5% Gold Coupon Bond; and, 1911, New York, Westchester & Boston Railway Co. $1000 4 1/2% Gold Coupon Bond. Both bonds have Specimen overprints and POCs, and are in VF to XF condition, ABNC. (2). Sold “AS IS” no returns accepted. The New York and Post Chester Railroad Co. and the New York, Westchester & Boston Railway Co. are separate entities but share similarities in purpose and regional focus. Both operated in southeastern New York, particularly in Westchester County, and primarily served as commuter lines, facilitating travel between suburban areas and New York City.
