Farragut, U.S. Grant, and E.M. Stanton. The advertising card was for John A. Lowell & Co - New England Agents of Continental BNC located on Tremont Street corner of Boylston. Card is in XF condition with minor fold to the lower left corner. Murray Mfg. Co., Towson Body Co., and J.C. Widman & Co. would merge, forming the Murray Body Corporation. This historic company produced car bodies for almost every important automotive company in Detroit from 1925 through 1954. Plate # “D10838” is written in pencil on the back, Uncirculated to Gem Uncirculated condition with small piece missing from top left corner far from the printed portion, Rare in this format; and, an ABNC Color Chart for 9 Blue, Allegorical woman at center vignette and Eagle at bottom (The portrait of the woman “Marianne” matches the vignette on the obverse on the Tyvek test note), AU to Uncirculated condition.
