Two flowers are shown next to the main denomination. The texts on both sides mean “to maintain the market and ease transactions” and “good for all public and private debts”. The text in the bottom box says “accumulate up to 10 yuan to exchange into provincial currency”. The main picture in the face is a building. Texts on top are the bank name and “coupon”, and text in the center is “national currency 400 yuan”. Texts on the sides are “payment upon coupon” and “no lost claiming”. The serial number is 01031. The purple seal says “payment completed”.
