Amazingly small and detailed engraving, Micro printing at bottom lists “Entered According to an Act of Congress...1864...” for the registration of the engraving, (Not the Proclamation which was written in 1863). Amazing Lincoln collateral as well as Security Printing taken to its ultimate skill level in this artistic and amazing item. No printer’s imprint but only a name and address to identify this item “Mr. Lee, 609 Broadway (NY)”.
