Specimen $1000 4 1/2% 1st Consolidated Mortgage Gold Coupon Bond. Black on green border and underprint, Stunning design and colors with curved title over image of train approaching r-l, track workers in foreground, vertical format. The bond appears VF but there is a repaired 2 inch tear on the lower right bottom border and the top horizontal fold is archivally reinforced. Only 3 examples were found in the ABN archives in 2002, it is only known as a specimen bond and the only one available.
