The frame around the portrait matches the one pictured on the note. This is as close to owning at least a piece of this un-obtainable and desirable note for any collector since no complete notes are known in private hands. 437 437 Rare ABN Proof Engraving of Lieutenant Winfield Scott, ca.1850- 70’s This vignette appears on the $500 Interest Bearing Two-Year Notes of 1861, Fr-202c. Mounted on an 11 3/4 by 9 1/2” die and roll number form.
