It included cigar factories in Tampa, Key West, NY, New Orleans and Chicago and gave them control of the finest brands of Havana, Cuban Cigars on the market at that time. Certificate signed by Eduardo Manrara as president who was business partners with Vicente Martinez Ybor, the tobacco tycoon. Manrara spearheaded the formation of the Ybor City, Manrara became the sole proprietor in 1896 of the factory and continued investing in property in Ybor City.
