This note would has been issued as cheques for their face value, with the promise of a payment due at a later period, and the presence of the inscription Hajj Mohammad Neraghi and Sons here identifies the issuing party. The date given here must be in the Hijri calendar but is incomplete, beginning only with 12, suggesting a date at the turn of the twentieth century. Rare and scarcely seen bill.
