Palmira is a sugar company of the department of Valle del Cauca, based in Palmira City, which was owned by Mr. Santiago Eder. It was issued in a twenty cents denomination, prepared by the American firm Franklin - Lee Bank Note, in August 1900, The back of the note has the name Don Santiago Eder as responsible for the issue.
