back printing with just two colors of the underprint on the face side with
no vignette or text. Handstamped SPECIMEN on each back design.
Marked in pencil in the margins, Handstamped: Plate Cancelled Oct 6
1970. Folded in half between notes, small edge tear at side not affecting

Paraguay 1/2 real note P-7. The Canadian is in the best shape, all are
