with Shepherd’s signature, this note has no signatures, Blue on
m/c with Queen Elizabeth II on right, back blue with Grand Harbor,
Archival production notation on top middle “131374 - 16/9/(19)60”,
Pin Punch Specimen, appears ChoiceAU toUncirculated but there is
evidence of light mounting on the back right margin. Rare note and
