cover: John Falory, Forrman, Eng Co. 53, and on the leaf From an
old friendWm. S. Cashman, mailing address label of a third owner.
4-1/4 x 6-1/2. Martin Brown, Printer. 161 numbered pages plus a few
un-numbered memorandum pages. Both front and back covers
with a center split visible from the inside but binding is nice, and the
covers flexible and lively. Nice historical book covering Manhattan.
