margin), 500 Pesos Fuertes, Series B, P-Unlisted, Specimen, Black
border, vignette and title with light brown underprint, locomotive
passing signal towers on left, Back is brown with cycloid engraving
and denomination. AU to AU+ condition due to a paper clip mark on
the upper left top margin and 2 small pin holes on the upper left bor-
der that is very difficult too see, exceptional paper quality, bright
colors and extremely artistic and tasteful design. Red specimen
overprint, POC’s and “00000” serial numbers. Rare circulating bond

Banknote.
Mexico. ND (ca. 1900), Ser. C. 1000 Pesos, P-Unlisted,
Specimen Bono De Caja banknote. Black on light red undertint with
seated allegorical woman holding ship and shield with Mexico arms
with steamboats behind her, back is orange-red and has denomina-
tion. The text has a blank space for the interest amount. Red speci-
men overprint, POC and blue “00000” serial numbers. Archival hand
stamped date of “Aug 1900” on top left of back. Choice to Gem
Uncirculated condition with large margins, sharp corners, fresh and
bright colors and exceptional paper quality. ABNC. Rare banknote
