and a very small hole in middle, scarce note in any

brown underprint, Arms in middle but almost totally obliterated due

Good to VG condition with edge faults, but there is a large 3 by 1.5
inch hole in the middle. Extremely rare note in any form and
unpriced in SCWPM. This space filler may be very difficult to
