Fowler signatures (The holder is mistaken with Elston | Kennedy list-
ed instead), PMG graded Uncirculated 62 NET with note of thinning
but it appears more likely to be tape residue from previous mount-
ing on the left middle part of the note, to the left of Franklin’s por-
trait. Rare note in any form and especially as a red seal specimen.
BEP. This is the only graded example in the PMG
