Republican, was the 3rd U.S. Commerce Secretary (1921-1928) and
was the 31st President of the U.S.(1929-1933). Hoover is responsible
for many different programs that he implemented to try and restart
the economy after the crash in 1929. However due to continuing
economic decline Hoover lost reelection in 1933 to F.D.R. Hoover is
currently the president with the longest retirement period at over 31

on him financially. John Coyle took his place and received the $300

rized, VF condition with file folds. Signed by William “Boss “ Tweed
with Brennan and other signatures as supervisors or Comptroller.
