for the American Stamp Dealers Ass., NYC 5 cent Postmaster’s
Provisional stamp in gray, Black, blue, green, red and brown.
Celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the NY Postmaster’s
Provisional, Mint condition. With varieties, some have “No.______
from an edition of 475” on the lower right margin and others are
