Also included is a Soviet Bank issue 1 Fen, About Fine condition. ������� Est. $120-200 163 163 Hunan-Kiangsi Branch of National Bank of the Soviet Republic of China, 1 Jiao 1933. 中華蘇維埃共和國國家銀行湘贛省分行1933 年壹角 China, A rare banknote issued by a provincial branch of the national bank of the communist government in the Chinese civil war era. The front shows a globe and the Party emblem in center, and “One Jiao” on sides. Signatures are possibly of the bank managers. Bottom indicates “ten jiao could be exchanged to a silver dollar”. Back shows a picture of tower, and a year of 1933. The serial number is difficult to read. A red seal on the back is also unreadable.
