and underprint. Vignette of American Bald Eagle looking left at top
center. POC’s and VF-XF condition, SBNC. Financial company formed
through the mergers of Hayden Stone & Co. and Shearson which was
poorly capitalized and had significant problems during the 1973-74
financial crisis. The company existed in this new form from 1974-1979.

denominations and interest rates from $-Odd to $25,000, all with Pin-
Punch Specimen and dated, 14 with no vignettes and 3 with allegorical
vignettes, Rare Pre EU bonds. VF-XF, SCBNC. The European Economic
Community (EEC) was a regional organization which aimed to bring
about economic integration between its member states. It was created
by the Treaty of Rome of 1957. Upon the formation of the European
Union (EU) in 1993, the EEC was incorporated and renamed as the
European Community (EC). In 2009 the EC’s institutions were absorbed
into the EU’s wider framework and the community ceased to exist.
