- Fowler signatures (The holder is mistaken with Elston | Kenne-
dy listed instead), PMG graded Uncirculated 62 NET with note of
thinning but it appears more likely to be tape residue from pre-
vious mounting on the left middle part of the note, to the left of
Franklin’s portrait. Rare note in any form and especially as a red
seal specimen. BEP. This is the only graded example in the PMG

written from one good old boy diplomatic colleague to an-
other discussing old songs such as Billy Lex’s Rosalie, the writ-
er mentions a friend Billie Nye and discusses non political is-
sues such as a fresh crop of tea and mentions sending some to
his friends in the U.S. as well as what social events were going
on. VF condition. Rare early U.S. - Chinese politically related
