Lot of 2 sequential bonds, Both are June 15, 1936, $50, Issued and

uncancelled bonds, Serial #’s 28 869 956 & 957, Andrew Jackson

portrait in middle top, black border and light green underprint, back

with information on the bond, XF to AU condition, scarce Liberty

Loan related bond, no coupons attached, BEP. These were found in

Hong Kong and issued to evidently an American soldier fromWW I

who settled in Hong Kong after the war. ���������������������������Est.

States. Included is a 1917 NY State Military Census card, a US

Food Administration sugar receipt and a $1. Coupon Bond from

the Officer’s mess at the Orlando Air Base (FL) made up of one

page of 5 10 Cent tickets and 2 pages of 5 5 Cent tickets. MINT.

$1000, Issued and cancelled bond, Black on light green underprint,

Abraham Lincoln on left, eagle in undertint, back with small green

text, Secretary of Treasury George Humphrey signature, The bond

has red serial numbers and then additional serial numbers on white

tabs on the bottom margin, Choice AU to Uncirculated. Rarely seen

901 U.S. Savings Bond, Series EE “Patriot Bond”, 2002 Bond.

Louisiana, Series EE, $5000, signed by the Secretary of the Treasury,

Lloyd Bentsen, printed on IBM punch card size paper. Issued inTexas

and cancelled in Louisiana. Uncirculated condition. From a new find

of U.S. modern savings bonds. Series EE bonds were overprinted

“Patriot bond” and were issued mid December 2001. They was no

financial difference other than the overprint.�����������������������Est.
